All of our lessons are weather permitting. Please allow for some flexibility when scheduling. Wind and water conditions can vary from beach to bay. Calmer water conditions are typically in the morning. If bad weather is expected, plan to book your lesson earlier in the week to allow for rescheduling.

Where we meet:

Paddleboard Lessons and excursions will be conducted on the beach or the bay depending on wind and weather conditions.

Beach Yoga meets on the beach at the lighthouse.
